Hawaiian grown chocolate from the Big Island and Oahu is used for our most popular fudge sauces, Private Reserve and Premium Hawaiian. Starting out with dark chocolate and other fine ingredients like macadamia nuts and Kona coffee, you will enjoy our sauces on just about anything.
